New Releases from Two Degrees October 2009

Two Degrees pinot noir 2008 is now on the market – see The Wine Page for more details and shop at our secure on-line facility.  This is a smooth deep-red fruity wine with a structure that is destined to keep well – drink now for a fresh aromatic sensation, or cellar for a few years to let the tannins develop even more.

Two Degrees rosé 2009 just released so stock up for the festive season and the long hot summer!  Another exquisite vintage produced by Sarah-Kate at the Maude Winery.  A great strawberry/cherry nose, aromatic and delicious.  Essential to have on hand, chilled in the fridge and ready to drink.

Our first vintage is young and fresh but has a depth of flavour and long finish which belies its age. Intense flavours of blackberry plum and dessicated cherry along with hints of chocolate from maturation in French oak barriques.  Typical of Central Otago pinot noir this wine is laden with flavour and concentration.
